What are the requirements for a short term loan?
Our short term loans are for business or investment use where funds are required
quickly and for only a short period of time.
All lending decisions are made in-house allowing DJ Capital to consider a wide range
of scenarios and securities. We will lend against residential, commercial or industrial
security properties with loan amounts starting from $30,000 to a maximum of $1,000,000.
Clients will require a satisfactory exit strategy.
